塞拉尼斯Celanex系列PBT型號(hào)特點(diǎn)介紹；
PBT簡(jiǎn)介聚對(duì)苯二甲酸丁二醇酯，英文名polybutylece terephthalate（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)PBT），屬于聚酯系列，是由1.4-丁二醇(1.4-Butylene glycol)與對(duì)苯二甲酸(PTA)或者對(duì)苯二甲酸酯(DMT)聚縮合而成，并經(jīng)由混煉程序制成的乳白色半透明到不透明、結(jié)晶型熱塑性聚酯樹(shù)脂。與PET一起統(tǒng)稱(chēng)為熱塑性聚酯，或飽和聚酯。 PBT歷史PBT早是科學(xué)家P.Schlack于1942年研制而成，之后Celanese（現(xiàn)為T(mén)icona）進(jìn)行工業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)，并以Celanex商品名上市，于1970年以30%玻璃纖增強(qiáng)塑料投放市場(chǎng)，商品名為X-917，后改為CELANEX。1971年Eastman推出了有玻璃纖增強(qiáng)璉和不增強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)品，商品名Tenite(PTMT)；同年GE也開(kāi)發(fā)出同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品，有不增強(qiáng)、增強(qiáng)和自熄性的三個(gè)品種。隨后 廠商BASF、Bayer、GE、Ticona，Toray、三菱化學(xué)，新光合纖、長(zhǎng)春人造樹(shù)脂、南亞塑料等先后投入生產(chǎn)行列，生產(chǎn)廠商共計(jì)三十余家。PBT理化特性PBT為乳白色半透明到不透明、結(jié)晶型熱塑性聚酯。具有高耐熱性、韌性、耐疲勞性，自潤(rùn)滑、低摩擦系數(shù)，耐候性、吸水率低，僅為0.1%，在潮濕環(huán)境中仍保持各種物性（包括電性能），電絕緣性，但體積電阻、介電損耗大。耐熱水、堿類(lèi)、酸類(lèi)、油類(lèi)、但易受鹵化烴侵蝕，耐水解性差，低溫下可迅速結(jié)晶，成型性良好。缺點(diǎn)是缺口沖擊強(qiáng)度低，成型收縮率大 。故大部分采用玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)或無(wú)機(jī)填充改性，其拉伸強(qiáng)度、彎曲強(qiáng)度可提高一倍以上，熱變形溫度也大幅提高?？梢栽?40℃下長(zhǎng)期工作，玻纖增強(qiáng)后制品縱、橫向收縮率不一致，易使制品發(fā)生翹曲。
